Hi Sandeep. After building IoTivity, you must build the android api.
Go to android-api root and *$ gradle build*. I think this is the command, I'm not on my pc now. You need at least gradle 2.2.1, if my memory not fails, and android build tools api 20. Do not works with a newer api. Gradle will give you the BUILD SUCESSFULL message.
