Hi all, I am using iotivity-0.9.2 in my project. When running simpleserver/simpleclient, we found the simpleclient sometimes fails to work at 'PUT request' and following 'observer'. The possibility is very low <20%. The simpleserver and simpleclient are running on same device, have anyone done same validation with us, and found such problem?
If I report bug to iotivity JIRA, it will be clear to describe. But I do not know who I can apply access from?
