Hey N Ravi, Builds really shouldn't be pulling down resources, but sadly Tizen is the exception here due to it's build system.
Given the Tizen DEVT-155[1] bug report, and the HTTP 502 Proxy Errors that occassionally pop up, the issue could possibly be with our routing configuration.
