One week is sufficient for people to notice there's a discussion going on and 
at 
least send an email. When the discussion dies down, it means there's consensus 
coming.

Just count the number of people supporting it. That's objective and way more 
than majority.

BLE is not an objective right now, since it's not part of the spec.

Let me repeat: the current implementation does not address the market. To 
address the market, we can either make the current implementation do it or add 
a new one. Is it ok to indefinitely suspend the IoTivity 1.3 release until 
we're done changing everything inside?
