Subject: [dev] [exclusive to discovery&connectivity, security and cloud
project]: Request for candidate feature of the next month IoTivity release

For the discovery&connectivity, security and cloud project scope, please share
the release candidate by this Wed.
Because they are fundamental stacks and have dependency with other project, We
need it in advance.
