Hi! Why does the sequence number in a response to a /oic/res discovery request always have this value?
If I issue a discovery request OC_REST_DISCOVER to /oic/res and destination NULL, and I issue such a request again later on, shouldn't the sequence number of responses to the second request be different from the sequence number of responses to the first request?
