Hi, Shaoguang,

IoTivity provide the block-wise transfer mechanism which concatenate the large 
size data into 1KB byte blocks.
However, this mechanism usually takes the relatively large computing resource 
to aggregate the fragmented block into original and so on.
CoAP over TCP connectivity can be selected as alternative channel for your use 
case.
For this one, you need to build the Iotivity by enabling the CoAP over TCP 
connectivity.
