Gerrit and Jenkins would be our (The Linux Foundation) responsibility.
Would you mind sending an email to helpdesk at iotivity.org detailing your
issue (#1)? Including which Jenkins job and even attaching the emails
(including headers) would be very helpful.

Regarding your second issue: Gerrit has a notion of 'watched projects'
[1] where you can specify a set of notifications to recieve. Your
settings maybe configured to recieve all the notifications.
