That depends on who created the file. The Intel Commuications and Devices Group (iCDG) is actually part of a separate entity called Intel Mobile Communications GmbH, result of the acquision of a portion of Infineon. See [1] and [2]. I'll ask the open source compliance team to see if we should use the parent company name instead. Or "Intel Corporation and/or subsidiaries" or something.
