I don't know about anybody else but I find the following pretty annoying:

It's definitely not the first thing I would want my new user to see the
first time he/she runs scons.
Since cbor support is essential to the iotivity kernel (csdk), and tinycbor
has a liberal license, why not put it in the source tree where it belongs?
