[dev] There are some crash issue related 'libocprovision.so' in Android Platform

Hello JiHwan, 
confirmed, we face the same problem. It seems if IoTivity is built with 
SECURED=0 this problem occurs. OcPlatform in the Android SDK tries to load the 
library.
