Try opening your command prompt from the Visual Studio Command Prompt shortcut 
for the appropriate build environment that is added to the Start Menu when you 
install Visual Studio. This will set the necessary environment variables to 
find the compiler.

   I am building Iotivity on windows 7 according to the document as following:

   when i run the command " run command", I got this :

   ERROR: Cannot determine the location of the VS Common Tools folder.
