Kathleen will request Thiago to remove as much as possible outdated content prior upcoming OCF Tech. F2F in Bangkok. Dwarka agreed to help Thiago, if provided admin rights to do so. ? There was also discussion around difficulty to find content in Website due to AdHoc additions made. o ISG unanimously agreed for Thiago's (Intel) proposal with a change of projects structure as per what Uze's (Samsung) proposed. ? It was agreed to update WiKi with whatever information we have now for new project structure and rest to be TBD until detailed discussion during upcoming ISG F2F. Dwarka will add the initial update to the Wiki. ? Existing Wiki items will be kept as it is until final details come up during or after ISG F2F. o Omar (MS) suggested not to have parallel working style between IoTivity and OCF so as not to duplicate resources and efforts. o Valerie (Intel) suggested to remove OSWG in OCF and let new ISG - TSC report directly to OCF - TSC. Group members felt it needs deeper dive before concluding. o Uze (Samsung) suggested that there be a consistent way for OCF-TSC to make requests to the IoTivity project, with a guarantee that someone will coordinate with others as needed and respond. Group members felt the ISG re-org will address this, will discuss during ISG F2F. - ISG F2F Plan and Venue o May 17 was preferred by group members. o Portland or Seattle was preferred by group members. o Kathleen will confirm the date and venue to Daniel after checking schedule of OCF officer's visit to Korea. o Kathleen will extend an invitation to John Park, OCF Exec Dir, to join the ISG meeting o MS can host the meeting but they need more information to check possibility.
