Jira page says as below. In order to login, please first create a Linux Foundation ID. (identity.linuxfoundation.org) Password resets are also managed through the Linux Foundation Identity site. Access to the Wiki, Jenkins, and Gerrit, is also enabled with Linux Foundation ID. For issues related to JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, or Gerrit, please email helpdesk at iotivity.org.
