These are new feature list beyond existing feature from 1.2.x.
Let me check the progress of each item from percentage view.
Please answer the progress of each item from implementation and test
perspective respectively.
Because there are lots of items in the release, Let me remove the feature
with no responding in spite of requests.

IoTivity QA and 70% progress.
