Hello Devs (and IoTivity QA), The 1.4.0 release candidate - which we hope will be the final RC for 1.4.0 - has been tagged.
QA should use the 1.4.0-RC2 tag and begin a full round of testing; we'd like to validate this tag by the end of this week, so we can make the 1.4.0 tag and release IoTivity 1.4.0 the following week.
