Fernando,

There is a current problem with OTGC (based on IoTivity-classic) that prevents 
it from working with servers based on IoTivity-lite.

If you build a server with IoTivity-classic. It should work fine. Also, when we 
release the new version of OTGC based on IoTivity-lite (probably towards the 
end of August), it should work fine with servers built on IoTivity-lite or 
IoTivity-classic.
