When I switched to compile pax-utils on toolchain, it look I forgot to remove
compilation on stage3.
As there is PREFIX=/$(TOOLS_DIR) on compilation, nothing is installed in the
path POSTBUILD is looking for.
This explain why the missing_rootfile trick did not trigger.
