Log Message:
-----------
Upgrade openssl to 1.0.1d
For us, that should fix CVE-2013-0169,CVE-2013-0166
To my understanding, we are not yet using AESNI code, so CVE-2012-2686 (fixed
by 1.0.1d) should not be an issue.
