It is possible to compile Iperf with the Cygwin_ tools.  I however do not have
the time to package it up and make sure updates are available as new releases
are cut.  I would be very happy if someone wanted to take this on, but there
is just no way I can do it right now.  I'd suggest making a Cygwin package for
Iperf and trying to get it accepted into their collection of available tools.
