Hi,
# My post may be fail to deliver, so I retry to post from another address.

The thread_init() is conflicted with an AIX provided function.

        $ grep thread_init /usr/include/sys/*.h
        /usr/include/sys/thread.h:void  thread_init();
        /usr/include/sys/thread.h:void  thread_init(ulong, ulong, ulong, ulong);
        /usr/include/sys/thread.h:void  thread_init(unsigned long long,
unsigned long long);
        /usr/include/sys/thread.h:void  thread_init(unsigned long long,
unsigned long long);

Maybe you should rename this function, for example, thread_initialize().
