In my experience IPv4 works ok with 2.0.5 except when running a bi-directional test (-d). I have not been able to get IPv6 to work right. This is all based on testing under Server 2008 SP2 and 2008 R2. 2.0.4 seems to work better for me with IPv4 and IPv6 has the same issues.
