Hi, One of my ubuntu always have an incoming slow network speed of about 40Mbits/s (after a few hours of initial fast speed 500Mbit/s). The speed can be rescued by running ifdown and ifup.
So I think that the problem is software related not hardware related. I'm wondering if there is any diagnostic at a level lower than what iperf offers to debug what cause the problem?
