Hi,
I'm using iperf to measure TCP throughput in Amazon EC2. I set the window
size to high value (16MB) so that I get good performance.
All TCP throughput reportings seem to be right and as expected (300 to 600
Mbps) when I use large file sizes in iperf (eg, 500 MB, 1 GB, 2 GB, etc.)
However, when I send small file sizes (less than my window size option) I
get very unbelievable high numbers; eg, 8000~9000 Mbps.
Is this a well known bug in iperf? Does anyone know any quick solution for
this?
Tried to look at the code quickly but couldn't spot anything fishy.
Thanks a lot!
