The iperf server reports lost/total. Any reason not to use that?

Subject: [Iperf-users] Regarding packet loss in UDP

Hi,

I am looking for a way to measure UDP packet loss between 2 hosts at a given
bandwidth.
I found I could leverage Mininet's iperf method to set l4type to UDP and set
bandwidth. However, the response being returned isn't indicating anything about
packet loss.

So could someone please throw some light on how could I get packet loss in this
scenario?

Thanks!
