Hi Arman-- I'd guess that your iperf3 server in the Google Cloud has some sort of firewall or packet filter in front of it. If so, that might be blocking the connection(s) from the client process. Any chance you can check for that? As a related, but separate, question, can you ping the public IP address of the VM? When you say it "doesn't seem to connect" that doesn't provide a lot of information to help in troubleshooting. At a minimum, you should post the command lines for both client and server and any relevant output, along with the OS and iperf3 version numbers on both sides. (Sanitize this information as you see fit.) Bruce.
