Not as far as I'm aware. iperf.fr is not an "official" source for iperf3 source or executables. iperf3 is sponsored by ESnet, and the maintainers of iperf.fr have no connection with ESnet. ESnet only distributes source code for iperf3, not executables. I don't work with Windows, but I believe we've done a number of code changes the past few years to make it easier to build on that platform. Bruce.
