iperf 2.0.14a <https://sourceforge.net/projects/iperf2/> is currently under
active development with multiple new features

as well as 100G support.  I haven't started the portability phase yet.  So
please don't use the latest code per git as it's not going to compile (nor
cross compile.)

One can find compiled 2.0.13 binaries for android here.

that figured out the compiling may be reachable per that.
