Also note, that many of iperf 2.0.14 new features are based on the --trip-times option which requires the client's and server's realtime clocks to be syncrhonized. NTP sync is ok for humans but not so good for machines. IMHO, it's past time for data centers to provide access to the GPS atomic clock and PTP.
