Ahem. It also running on FreeBSD. Which is sufficiently different. I don't remember seeing mail about this on the fwbuilder mailing list. Where this mail belongs, too, so I'm sending my reply there, too. Do you assume the (small) fwbuilder team is responsible for getting you all the prerequisites on Solaris? Like Gnome? Anyway, what *was* your problem? That there is no fwbuilder package for Solaris? Below you say you made "packages for Isba and all its prerequisites". Why didn't you do that for fwbuilder? Too many prereqs? Too hard to build? > On Linux of course it runs nice, looks nice, and seems to be pretty > powerful. I have to admit I hadn't heard about Isba before, so I won't even try to comment. Just a question: can it create a rule like this? I've asked Vadim Kurland to put this into fwbuilder. So I'm curious if it is supported in Isba. map xl0 A.B.C.128/26 -> 0/0 proxy port ftp ftp/tcp > I even went as far as to make packages for Isba and all its prerequisites on > Solaris 7.
