OK, I give up. Can anyone explain in plain English exactly how
appr_fixseqack works? Specifically, I'd like to know exactly why
and how proxies are supposed to interact with and make use of
apr_{seq,ack}{off,min} and aps_sel. (This is to have proper TCP
