Hi all,
    Did some investigation and discovered it to be 
    very unlikely for any program to be causing this.
    Network drivers would buffer up the data in mbufs,
    and proceed to free them afterwards. Not something 
    such as ipnat. Either way, I have found the problem, 
    which was not ipf.
