I've seen this message (below) as well on a couple of machines; they are working fine but just curious what this means and if it something that should be looked at. I belive the output message probably should say "failed" instead of "fialed".

I'm running Solaris 8/Sparc on various systems with ipf(4.1.1) and pfil(2.1.2)

I noticed this on my console when attached.

Hi,

I am using ipf (4.1.1) and pfil (2.1.2) on Solaris 9/Sparc. And I get
the following error message:

Jul 16 10:47:19 myserver pfil: [ID 136571 kern.notice] pfil_drv_priv fialed

This morning I had trouble connecting to my server. A few minutes
later I could connect again. I also had this message with previous
versions of pfil, but with the current version it's much lesser.

Anyone else had this message, what does that exactly mean and is there a fix ?

Regards,
