The biggest problem that I'm aware of will be with greeline and the
best quick reference I can find to it is (search for "greenline"):

If you wanted to replace the IPFilter in Solaris10 or later with the
open source version, I imagine what will be neceesary is to build a
package that is more patch-like that just replaces the binaries.
And maybe do the same for pfil.  It will take more thought but I am
hoping, in time, that fewer people will want to do this.
