Changing the (version test ?) in ip_fil_osf.c at line 580 as per Darren's
suggestion enabled 4.1.3 to build on my Tru64 5.1A system.  The change was
to modify line 580 from:
# if TRU64 <= 732
to
# if TRU64 <= 1885
