Rewriting TTL

Hi,

I've quickly search in IPFilter howto, but I didn't find the answer : in 
a ipfilter rules, can I rewrite the TTL of a in IP packet ?
I will use it to be sure that a packet, from the internal lan, can reach 
the access router (in front of the firewall), but can't be propagated to 
the Internet.
