Thanks to all!!!! :-)

I change my ipf.rules
from:
pass in on xl0 proto tcp/udp from any to 192.168.1.52/32 port = 411 keep 
state

to:
pass in quick on xl0 proto tcp/udp from any to 192.168.1.52 port = 411 keep 
state

And it now work ok :-)
