Because in Solaris land, simply going to a higher revision is not
synonymous with fixing stuff.
Actually, it means exactly the opposite: stuff could break in unforeseen
ways, and Sun's all about guaranteeing stability to their customers.
You can't be simply upgrading to a higer rev. and serve that up to your
customers and break their stuff.
it's an excuse, granted, but for being few months behind. ipfilter 4.1
was released in february 2004....
