Do you mean I need to set qf_hl to 52 whenever the qf_name
starts with 'ip.tun'? My suggestion
is not to change value of qf_hl in qif_attach() when qf_hl is not zero.
Qif_update() will set qf_hl to correct value.
Do you think it is OK?

Do you think you'd be able to come up with a patch that updates the
header length field (qpi_hl) if the start of the interface name is
"ip.tun"?
