You can take a look at

ftp://coombs.anu.edu.au/pub/net/ip-filter/

where you can find the older version of ip-filter and the patches to go forward to the 3.4.10 release.

Hope this helps.

Is ipfilter 3.4.10 still available anywhere?

Long story, for those who care:

This is related to an earlier email about a customer's box crashing
during a security scan. We believe it's due to the old version of
ip-filter that they are running. However, the customer is very
conservative, and wants this proven. So I'd like to set up a test
bed. I'll set up a system with 3.4.10, scan it, see if it crashes,
upgrade to something more modern, and then scan it again. To do this,
I need 3.4.10 source.

I see patches on the main ipfilter website for many 3.4.x versions,
and I still have a copy of 3.4.14 in my source archive, so I thought I
could just reverse patches from 3.4.14 back to 3.4.10. This worked
from 3.4.14 to 3.4.13, and then to 3.4.12. Unfortunately, the patch
to reverse from 3.4.12 to 3.4.11 didn't work -- some chunks were
rejected.

Thanks!
