It might still be possible, but it will only be possible as long as Apple 
continues to ‘sign’ the 4.3.5 version.

You have to put the iPhone into DFU mode, which is tricky. The easiest thing to 
do is google for it and read the steps.

Oh, and you will need to have the previous .ipsw file for the version you want 
since I do not think it is possible to download anything but 5.0 from Apple. If 
Apple is not signing that version then it becomes a lot harder. A *lot* harder.

I strongly recommend against it though. iOS 5 has changed a lot of things, 
including the baseband. Reinstalling 4.3.x will leave you with a device running 
4.3.x on a iOS 5 baseband, and that will probably lead to problems.

The best thing to do if you are having problems with iOS 5 is use DFU to 
reinstall a fresh iOS 5 and then restore from your iCloud backup.
