Hi Suzanne,
I had one (but returned it). I remember the packaging. It's horrible. For those with visual impairment it must seem even more horrific. The unit sat on little clear plastic stands. It's inside of a clear plastic box, and sits almost floating inside of it, I think it's done for visual appearance when on a store shelf. I remember yanking mine out of those two holders with what felt like way too much force being required.
Hello all,To those of you who are familiar with the Jawbone, I have just opened my new Icon Hero headset. I have found an AC adapter with a separate piece that easily fits into it, at the other end of which is the micro cable that the headset fits into when you need to recharge it. There also appear to be a number of different gel earpieces. The thing that is puzzling me is the headset itself. Out of the box, it's attached to a rectangular piece with what seem to be legs at each corner. I can't figure out what this piece is for or how to remove the headset. I can't imagine that this piece would remain attached. Furthermore, it doesn't seem that the headset could possibly fit into the human ear. I hope you guys don't think I'm totally crazy now. This is just totally different from the other Bluetooth headsets I have seen, and without the benefit of accessible written instructions, I'm pretty lost.Suzanne
