A friend's son managed to take 2700 photos on their iPad which my friend would like to delete. If they had a Mac, I would suggest using Image Capture to select the photos and delete them. But they're a PC household.
There doesn't seem to be a way to bulk-delete photos on iDevices from the device itself. Any suggestions? I know there are apps that let you browse the file system on your iDevice. I can't remember what I used, but MacUpdate quickly turned up iExplorer and PhoneDisk, for example. (a) Any recommendations in this category of apps for PC (and Mac, for that matter)?
