Just set up a new user account on your computer. I would not go futzing around with the authorize/de-authorize bit. Use the new computer user account to do any synching.
Will this user be synching against their own computer or just using the iCloud bits without computer, in the future? You should be able to do all that, I think, without synching to any iTunes.
