Not sure what this has to do with iPhone ;) but yes - Vimeo is the cadillac of internet video services. Signal to Noise ratio vs. Youtube isn't even comparable. For promotional reasons Youtube is still essential but for anything just for sharing the vimeo experience is far nicer than Youtube's.
