Yep, still do. You get the badge when 1) your device has checked and found an update and 2) the update is downloaded and ready to install. This can take several days after the update rolls out. For 7.0.4 on my wife’s phone it was 3 days. on 7.0.6 I didn’t wait, I installed it on every device as soon as it was available. -- For more than a thousand generations the Jedi were the guardians of peace and justice in the galaxy.
