Hi: I;m updating this issue - curious if anyone else has seen this: about 24 hours after I updated to 7.1.2, not only did both my iOS devices (iPhone 4S and iPad 2) stop getting mail, but they have completely failed to retrieve messages.
The problem is specific to Google Apps used as an Exchange server (Active Sync). I'd assume the issue is Google, but after setting up an entirely new account (different domain), it worked fine there. It also syncs correctly for calendar and contacts sync. Only Mail is not working. I also tried deleting the account from my iDevices and reestablishing it. No luck. I wonder if Apple did something to the Exchange access software in 7.1.2 - so I wonder if anyone else has seen this issue? Thanks!
