Hi: I am trying to add my iPad (Air 2) to my existing AT&T data plan, and AT&T is telling me the Apple SIM that came with the iPad won't work with their network.
I know the iPad will let me sign up for an AT&T data plan, so this is confusing me. Multiple (annoying) calls to AT&T gave me the same information. Has anyone done this successfully? Or know how to? Any help or advice is appreciated! Thanks, Jeff
