Michael’s advice is sound - if you can see it at iCloud.com, it’s in the cloud 
and eligible to go to any devices you sign in with.

iCloud.com doesn’t show Shared Photo streams AFAIK. Those are device-only.

There is a Photos section, though that’s showing the new iCloud Photo Library 
feature, still in beta as of iOS 8.1.
