How does one remove or disassociate an Apple ID from an iPhone? I want it to go back to the default of displaying "[email protected]" everywhere instead of my Apple ID. I've tried Settings->General->Erase all Content and Settings but it keeps this info regardless (especially under "Settings->iTunes & App Store"). Is there any way to clear it? -Carl
